- Free Consultation
Begin with a free consultation to share your brief with our expert team, either online or face to face. Tell us your favourite biscuits and we’ll have them ready to get the creative juices flowing. We’ll identify the story you want to tell and the key messages to craft your content in the right direction.
- Pre - Production
This is where our pre-production Picassos will begin to craft your story and messages into a clear and precise storyboard and script that links back to the original concept. You can rest easy knowing we are all on the same page on what we are setting out to achieve.
- Production
Equipped with a solid storyboard, a comprehensive shooting plan topped off with an order of flat whites, our team are fully equipped to bring your vision to life. Using our in-house production kit and latest technologies we become an extension of your team and shoot efficiently.
- Post Production
Put your feet up, stick the kettle on and contain your excitement. Our creative team will put the content through it’s paces in editing, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics and custom branding. Using our collaboration review software, we’ll have a first draft ready for review usually within 7 days of the shoot.
- Delivery
Boom, there it is! On final sign-off you’ll receive a secure link to your media lasting for 6 months so you can rest easy knowing your new creation is safely secure and backed up. Then all that is left, is to tell your customers to hold on to their socks and pop the champagne.
- Delivery
By this point you’ll be missing us! We’ll check in with you and your team 4-6 weeks after the content is live to analyse the performance, check it aligns with your strategy and is generating a positive ROI. Then all that is left is to book in your next project!

All of our video packages are bespoke to each client but with projects starting from as little as £1000, we can provide options tailored to all budgets.
There are 3 main factors affecting cost: Complexity, duration and deliverables.
Complexity could be how many operators are required, producers, sound. cameras, specialised kit and if there are any associated costs with travel/accommodation.
Duration: Usually the shorter the video in length, the cheaper the video. Although this isn’t always the case. Compared to say a 1 minute video, a 5-10 min explainer video requires a lot more planning, more complexity and more post production time. That being a said, a 30 second advert can sometimes be much more expensive because of its complexity.
Deliverables: The more videos required the higher the project cost. However the more videos you go for, with some clever prep and planning means you will get a great ROI and a cheaper cost per video and content that can last for months.
We believe the recipe to success is working collaboratively both within our team and with you. We like you to be as involved as possible. But we understand our clients have busy schedules and time is precious therefore we always aim to take the time consuming work off your shoulders and leave you to collaborate on the fun creative bits.
During our shoots we always work collaboratively, minimise disruption to your day to day tasks and work efficiently to get the results you are looking for.
Over the past 5 years we’ve always aimed to build up as much in-house equipment as possible meaning we can minimise costs to our clients, this provides us flexibility and availability without being dependent on external rental schedules.
This ensures consistency and quality in every project allowing us to optimise equipment settings for different scenarios. Nearly all of our equipment is customisable, whether it's camera rigs or shooting in a specific colour profile to match your existing content.

This ultimately depends on the requirements and complexity of the project.
On some projects we’ve worked on we’ve been able to turnaround edits on the day of filming. On some of the more complex projects it can take as long as 12 weeks. Generally on average, from storyboard conception to delivery it can be anything between 4-6 weeks , sometimes less sometimes slightly more.
You will generally receive your first cut within 10 working days of the shoot date depending on requirements.

Yes! Our team & freelance partners are fully licensed and train to operate drones on shoots.
We would retain the copyright of all photos/videos produced. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the photos/videos for personal and promotional purposes.
For all our projects, you will receive 1 round of amendments included in the original project fee unless otherwise agreed. It gives you the chance to really fine-tune the details that matter to you. It might be refining the colour grade, tweaking the pacing, adding/removing shots - the revision round is all about making the video your own.
